Calling all “non-bakers” – we’ve got the perfect, easy treat for you!

These no-bake “kisses” need only 4 ingredients – and no oven!

Simply melt cookie butter and corn syrup till smooth, stir in rice krispies and form into balls. Sink a chocolate “kiss” into each cookie and let set.

These sturdy cookies hold up beautifully and are ideal for shipping to a loved one, bringing to a cookie swap or including in a holiday gift!

Cookie Butter Kisses:

  • 1 cup cookie butter
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 3 cups rice krispies
  • 32 chocolate kisses

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place the cookie butter and corn syrup in a large heatproof bowl set over a pan of gently simmering water. Stir till smooth and fully incorporated.

Remove the bowl from the heat and stir in the rice krispies till completely coated.

Use a cookie scoop or tablespoon to make 32 mounds, placing on your prepared baking sheet. Roll each mound into a ball.

Gently press a kiss into each ball – let set completely before serving.
