1) Get some fresh air
As a new mom with a baby constantly stuck to your breast, it can be all too tempting to stay indoors during the winter. With the cold weather and a distinct lack of sunlight, you may struggle to summon up the energy to even leave the house. However, getting outside, even just for a short while, can prove to be incredibly beneficial for your mental health. A change of scenery, the chance to get some fresh air, and even the smallest boost of Vitamin D can have a really positive effect.
