The Finnish baby box

Finnish babies, and parents, start their new life with a box from their government containing essentials. The practice began in 1937 for poor Finns, but as of 1949 everyone gets one. The catch is, the mother needs to get prenatal care. Finns, obviously, love them. Read more here.
