Aerobic Exercise during pregnancy
This is one of those areas where doctors give conflicting advice, so it’s hard to know what’s real. The issue is that changing your heart rate might change the fetus’ heart rate. Formula safety

Newborn genetic screening in the UK
The Newborn Genomes Program will sequence the entire genomes of 100,000 newborns in the UK. The goal is to spare parents the very long and painful diagnostic odyssey that people born with rare genetic disorders had to endure in the past. The quicker diagnosis will also allow them to start treatment earlier. The program will screen for 200 treatable disorders. Read more here.
