Pregistry’s Friday Recipe: No Bake Cereal Clusters

An easy, no-bake treat with only 5 ingredients!

We used cornflakes and granulated sugar but feel free to swap with whatever you have on-hand.

Any cereal will work and brown sugar would be a tasty alternative!

No Bake Cereal Clusters:

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Pinch of kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk (one half of a 14-ounce can)
  • 4 cups cornflakes

Line a baking sheet with  parchment paper or foil.

Melt the sugar in a large skillet over medium heat. When dissolved add the butter and salt and stir till incorporated. Add the sweetened condensed milk and stir again.

Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the cornflakes, working quickly to coat completely. Use a greased tablespoon to make mounds of 2 tablespoons each (you should get about 16 clusters). Let set for about 30 minutes.
